The agritur offers the traditional dishes of Trentino’s food using natural products from the cultivations and the farming of our farm and from other Trentino farms.
The agritur Le Vale is also open to people who don’t stay in the farmhouse and is the ideal place for great lunchs and dinners.

Homemade appetizer with a mix of sliced meats and cheese of Primiero cheese farm, an amazing soup of porcini, then a bis of first courses with gnocchetti verdi with ricotta cheese and spinach, tagliolini with mushrooms. The second course: stewed rabbit, roast lamb, served with polenta, stewed saboy cabbage of the kitchen garden, beans “en bronzòn” with onion, melted cheese. The dessert: elder jam tart (using which the farmhouse prepares good refreshing drinks), strudel, panna cotta, yoghurt with fresh raspberry, chocolate cake, and buckweath cake.
